If you’re a chef known for creative interpretations of Asian and Mexican classics and fusing Hawaiian, Japanese, American and Mexican cuisine into a new style of dining across several successful restaurants, where do you turn to for inspiration for a new dish? To the customers, of course!
Have an idea for a tasty taco?? In anticipation of #NationalTacoDay – We Want Your Tacos! Now through September 28th – each Los Chingones location will be accepting your ultimate Taco submission! A finalist from each Los will be selected by the kitchen team and Chef Troy Guard… What do the finalist win? Awesome Los Swag and Gift Cards AND you’ll have your taco sold in all three Los Chingones on Wednesday, October 4th! One night only, guests will be able to vote on their favorite of the three, and the winner will be added to the menu as October’s Wild Card Taco and get a $100 TAG Restaurant Group gift card!
DETAILS/THE FINE PRINT:
Submissions accepted online and at Los Chingones through Monday, September 28th
No more than five key ingredients
All ingredients must be readily available at a standard grocery store/supermarket
All entrants MUST live in the greater Denver metro to be considered
The three finalist will be notified on Wednesday, September 30, 2017 and announced on Los Chingones’ Facebook page
The three finalist will be given a chance to teach the Los Chignones’ kitchen team how to recreate their taco
The tacos will be sold on October 4, 2017
For each flight or taco sold, the guest will receive a token to vote for their favorite
The winning taco will be crowned October’s WildCard taco for the month!
Winner will receive a $100 TAG Restaurant Group Gift Card and each finalist will receive a $50 Gift Card

This month, Los Chingones RiNo welcomes Chef Vanessa Garcia of The Regional for our El Jefe Series! On the menu? A Yucatán Fish Taco with Smoked Habanero and Tamarind. Chef Vanessa will be in house on Wednesday, January 25th and the tacos will run as a feature all week long.
