El Jefe Decemeber

This month we’re doing EL JEFE family – style and welcoming Chef Chris Camp of our sister restaurant TAG Burger Bar!  On the menu?  The PORCHETTA TACO : Spiced Pork Belly, Roasted Pepper Mostarda and Giardinara!  And on Wednesday, December 7th Chef Chris will make an appearance in Los Chingone’s kitchen and serve them up!  Come hungry, leave happy.

This month, Los Chingones welcomes TOP VEGGIE TACO winner Biju Thomas of Biju’s Little Curry Shop!  Chef Biju is serving up not one, but two inspired tacos – Madras Spiced Eggplant (his Top Taco Winner) and F#*king Hot Vindaloo Pork.  So Chingone!  Come check out Chef Biju in the kitchen on Wednesday, November 16th and the tacos are available all week long!
