HOW IT’S GOING
Born more than a decade ago in RiNo’s industrial cool, Los Chingones has grown to the Denver Tech Center and Central Park– bringing the heat (dare ya to try our f”*king hot habanero salsa), cold drinks, and good vibes.
Whether it’s the classic tacos you crave, wild cards like rattlesnake or lengua, or our signature (very strong!) margaritas, every bite packs a punch. Next step: get yourself to one of our Los Chingones locations, because around here, we don’t just serve food; we serve a fiesta.
How it started
Los Chingones isn’t your abuelita’s taco joint – unless she’s got a rock band and a bottle of mezcal. (She does?! We gotta meet her.) Denver’s premier Bada$$ Mexican restaurant, was inspired by Chef Troy Guard’s childhood in San Diego, where tacos were an everyday ritual!
“Being raised half of my life in San Diego, there was no shortage of great nights filled with Mexican food and friends. Whether it be authentic or Cali-style, we loved it all and I knew that one day, I wanted to have a place of my own that was part rock and roll & part taco shop.”
